Join us for this recital with Fernando Gil and Fernando Egozcue's guitar on a comic, poetic, and musical journey through the facets of the Iberian male. We will celebrate his greatness, with particular emphasis on his greatest blunders, his astonishing arrogance, or his clairvoyant absurdity. Of course, we will also celebrate his long-standing virtues or his inexplicable boldness.
We will also bear witness to his constant efforts to tenaciously contribute to his absolute degradation, as well as his arduous task of developing the sharpest nonsense, and we will even follow the trail of that moral deficiency to which he has accustomed us.
We are going to laugh with him, about him, at, before, under, beside, and against him. Hold on tight, fellas, because you're going to see all the myths of our Iberian masculinity fall with the rhythm of songs, legends, poems, stories, events, witticisms, tunes, gossip, testimonies, tall tales, entanglements, intrigues, and perhaps a biblical-sized smirk or two.

FERNANDO GIL - ACTOR
He is one of the main characters in Machos Alfa, the fashion series that has just released its third season on Netflix. Fernando Gil plays Pedro Aguilar, a man over 40 who, along with his friends, experiences a masculinity crisis in a series highly acclaimed by the audience. The actor has participated in numerous comedy series and films, although he has also demonstrated his versatility in many other genres.
He made his film debut with the movie Resultado final by Juan Antonio Bardem, a director who won an honorary Goya. In the early 2000s, he ventured into television with Hospital Central. He balanced his television work with numerous stage productions. Some of the theatrical productions he participated in include La visita de la vieja dama, Historia de una escalera, La fuerza lastimosa, Metamorfosea, and Don Juan Tenorio, where he played this mythical character in front of 40,000 people at the Alcalá de Henares festival.
After participating in the television program Noche H, Fernando Gil began acting frequently in film and television, appearing in Cuéntame cómo pasó, Muchachada Nui, Spanish Movie, La que se avecina, Anclados, and Felipe y Letizia, a biopic in which he became the first actor to portray Felipe VI.
Fernando had an outstanding role as an actor: drama and tragedy. Therefore, through the Siglo de Oro Foundation, he played Enrique VII. He tested his skills by starring in The Globe Theatre in London, becoming the first Spanish actor to lead a Shakespearean play in that iconic theater.
