Producciones Lastra, with over 50 years of experience, is one of Spain's most established artistic production companies, continuously collaborating with leading figures in music, theater, and dance both nationally and internationally.

Over the years, we have worked with Spain's main theaters and festivals, producing over 6,000 concerts and events that have established us as one of the country's most reliable agencies. We have earned the trust of prestigious venues such as Madrid's "Teatro Albéniz" or Barcelona's "Palau de la Música," as well as Tokyo's "Suntory Hall" and New York's "Carnegie Hall."

- Year 1978: We began our activities in Spain, representing among others Mercedes Sosa, Atahualpa Yupanqui, Susana Rinaldi, Los Calchakis, Los Quilla Huasi, Ariel Ramírez, Eduardo Falú and Jairo, organizing concerts in Spain and Europe for the most important figures of Argentine music.

- Year 1983 to 1986: National tours of María Dolores Pradera, Eduardo Falú, Jairo, Los Sabandeños and Los Calchakis.

- Year 1987: World tour following the recording of Ariel Ramírez's Misa Criolla performed by José Carreras. Over the decades, this iconic fusion of folk rhythms and liturgical texts was brought to prominent stages in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including memorable performances in countries such as Italy, Japan, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

- Year 1989: We produced the presentation of the show "Los Creadores" at the Teatro Apolo in Madrid with the participation of masters Ariel Ramírez (Folklore) and Mariano Mores (Tango) with their respective companies, achieving great public success. Following this show, tango became fashionable in Spain in those years. "Los Creadores" returned to Spain in subsequent years with Ariel Ramírez and Mariano Mores two more times. The last edition was held with Ariel Ramírez and Julián Plaza at the Teatro Albéniz in Madrid.

- Between 2002 and 2005: We organized the "Grandes del Tango" festival held in the Central Courtyard of Conde Duque in Madrid, as part of the "Los Veranos de la Villa" series. The aim of this festival was to exclusively bring the great figures of Argentine tango to this event. Thus, we scheduled Sexteto Tango and Beba Pugliese in 2002, Orquesta Buenos Aires Tango in 2003, José Colángelo in 2004, and in the final edition of 2005, the legendary tango company of Atilio Stampone. In every edition, we gave special prominence to dance, bringing the best couples from Argentina each year.

- Between 2006 and 2009: National tours of María Dolores Pradera and Los Sabandeños. This collaboration united the great lady of Spanish song with the iconic Canarian folk group, taking a repertoire focused on boleros and traditional Latin American music throughout Spain.

• Jose Carreras Misa Criolla In July 2010 we presented a new tour performed by José Carreras and the Andean group Alturas. It took place on the terrace of the Duomo in Milan in a series of 3 unique concerts to benefit the restoration of the cathedral's main spire. The opening concert was recorded by RAI and broadcast throughout Italy.

• Ara Malikian and Fernando Egozcue Quintet Between 2011 and 2015 we programmed Con los ojos cerrados…, the new project by Fernando Egozcue along with one of the most brilliant and expressive violinists of his generation, in theaters and festivals throughout Spain.

• Alberto San Juan and Fernando Egozcue Between 2011 and 2020 – Distribution and production of the recitals Todo dice que sí, España Ingobernable and Polvo Enamorado.

• José Sacristán In 2014 and 2015 we handled the distribution of the play Caminando con Antonio Machado, performed by José Sacristán and Aurora Martínez.

• José Mercé and José Manuel Zapata In 2015 we programmed the show Tango Mano a Mano for theaters and festivals, featuring two references in flamenco and lyrical singing performing classic tangos.

• Los Sabandeños In 2016 and 2018 – Distribution tour 50th anniversary.

• Luis Bermejo In 2017 and 2018 – Distribution of El minuto del payaso.

• Cruceta Flamenco In 2018 and 2019 – Distribution of Electrolé in Spain and Portugal.

• Héctor Alterio and José Luis Merlín From 2018 to 2025, Like 3000 years ago... It is the production of a recital of music and poetry starring the renowned Argentine actor, accompanied on guitar by José Luis Merlín.
